The Main Hall is the 9th zone in Silent Hill f. This guide contains all collectibles, upgrades, offerings, documents, Omamori, puzzle solutions, and trophy steps in chronological order. Using this will guarantee 100% completion in a single play.
Document: Family Physician’s Log (3)
Turn left as soon as you enter the first door. You will find the log on a bench.
Offering: Antique Comb (300 Faith)
Near the Hokora Shrine, go slightly northwest. There, look in the corner of a room — the Offering is placed on stacked boxes.
Offering: Dried Carcass (200 Faith)
Go up to the first floor and move through the first room. In the second room, the Offering lies on a set of drawers.
Offering: Shriveled Abura-age (500 Faith)
After finishing the first ritual, look at the altar. The Offering will be there.
Omamori: Crow + Document: Housemaid’s Note (2)
Go back to the first floor.
- Head south one room and open the metal door.
- Both the Crow Omamori and Housemaid’s Note (2) are resting together inside.
Offering: Dried Carcass (200 Faith)
After completing the second ritual, search the altar again.
Inventory Upgrade: Dirty Drawstring Bag
Defeat the ambushers of the enemies.
- You will arrive at a room with two staircases.
- Go the upstairs route, then round the broken flooring.
- The upgrade is within a chest of drawers.
Offering: Antique Comb (300 Faith) – Beside Upgrade
On the same upstairs area, sitting on a set of drawers next to the Inventory Upgrade.
Offering: Antique Comb (300 Faith) – After Third Ritual
After finishing the third ritual, look at the bench in front of the altar.
Document: Family Physician’s Log (4) – Hidden Room Unlock
At this stage, you get the power to unlock hidden rooms.
- Search for walls that have fox artwork with blood splatters on them. Stand in front of them holding down the interact button to open the passage.
- In the Main Hall proper, go a little north and uncover the first concealed wall.
- The document is inside, on the left side of the room.
Offering: Shriveled Abura-age (500 Faith) and Character Upgrade – Hidden Room
In the same recently uncovered hidden room, go to the rear to locate this Offering.
Also in the same room, look on the right side for the Upgrade.
Offering: Dried Carcass (200 Faith) – Second Ritual Area Revisit
Return to the place where you obtained the Inventory Upgrade after the second ritual.
- A new fox wall can now be unlocked here.
- Inside, you’ll find the Offering close to an Inari-sama Door.
Trophy: Echoes of Jealousy
In the following section, there will be another boss fight. The boss occasionally spawns puppets which slowly move towards you. If they’re in a fire attack, they set on fire and charge towards you, exploding.
How to Get the Trophy:
You need to kill the boss without receiving any damage from exploding puppets.
Strategy:
- Kill puppets instantly upon spawn when they are still slow. They die in 1–2 attacks.
- Soul Siphon (X) should be used after killing them to charge up abilities.
- Observe the boss closely — if charging a fire attack, move away from puppets.
- If puppets catch fire, desist from attack, allow stamina to charge, then avoid their charge.
- Timely play makes for a clean fight and the trophy will unlock upon completion.
