All Insanity Difficulty Safe Codes

In Resident Evil 9: Requiem, there are five safes hidden throughout the game. If you find and open all of them, you will unlock the “No Safe is Safe” trophy/achievement. Each safe has a specific combination code that you can discover by reading certain files or notes in the game. However, the codes never change, so you can open the safes even if you haven’t found the related file yet.

If you are playing on Insanity difficulty, the safe combinations are different, so you will need to use the correct codes for that difficulty. Each safe in Resident Evil 9: Requiem uses a three-number combination. To open it, you need to rotate the dial in the correct direction, either left or right, until it reaches the required numbers in the right order. 

If you enter the wrong number or turn the dial in the wrong direction, the dial will reset back to its starting position, and you can try again. It’s also important to remember that everything in the game can be missed because there is no chapter select in the game. However, you can avoid missing things by creating manual saves in different areas.

You can find this safe inside the Examination Room on the 1st floor of the Care Centre. To unlock it, rotate the dial in the following order:

• Turn Right to 30

• Turn Left to 10

• Turn Right to 50

Opening this safe will give you three Antique Coins.

Bar & Lounge insanity code

This safe is located in the Bar and Lounge on the 2nd floor of the Care Centre. Use the following combination to open it:

• Turn Left to 10

• Turn Right to 80

• Turn Left to 30

Opening this safe will give you three Antique Coins.

Basement insanity safe code

You will find this safe in the Basement area of the Care Centre. Enter the following combination to unlock it:

• Turn Left to 50

• Turn Right to 30

• Turn Left to 90

Opening this safe will give you ten Handgun Ammo.

Sterilisation chamber safe code location

This safe is located in the Sterilisation Chamber in ARK Facility B2. To unlock it, enter the combination below:

• Turn Left to 80

• Turn Left to 50

• Turn Right to 0

Opening this safe will give you several useful items, like one Med Injector, one Molotov Cocktail and 15 Handgun Ammo.

Monitor Control Room Insanity safe code

The final safe is found inside the Monitor Control Room in ARK Facility B2. Use the following combination:

• Turn Right to 20

• Turn Left to 0

• Turn Right to 70

Inside the safe, you will find one Med Injector, one Empty Bottle and one Bottle of Acid.
