All Hot Spring Locations

MagMell Hot Spring


Inside the MagMell institute, go towards the left hallway and keep moving forward. You will find the hot spring hidden in that area. Visiting this hot spring will give you the Stall Vaccine and the Stone Vaccine.
Island Overlook Hot Spring


Go from the West Coast Pier Mistle and follow the South side road along the coast. Stay on this path, and it will lead you to the Island Overlook Hot Spring. Visiting this hot spring will give you the Sunlight Vaccine and Stun Vaccine.
City Overlook Hot Spring


To find City Overlook hot spring, first clear the Cliffside Ruins Dungeon. After that, unlock the Plateau Overlooking City Mistle and go towards the south side of the map. Just travel a little distance to reach the City Overlook hot spring. Visiting this hot spring will unlock the Eclipse Vaccine and Snare Vaccine.
Valley Overlook Hot Spring


Go to the Western Plateau Military Camp Mistle and follow the road in front of you. Move forward till you reach a metal covered building. From there, turn left and you will find the Valley Overlook Hot Spring. If you visit this hot spring you will get Dissonance Vaccine and Acid Vaccine.
Cave Hot Spring


Go to the Gorge Cave Mistle and drop down into the cave. Walk straight and you will reach the Cave hot spring hidden inside the cave. Visiting this hot spring will give you Inhibit Vaccine and Fatal Leak Vaccine.
Sanatorium Baths Hot Spring


Go towards the Sanatorium Mistle and enter the courtyard. Take the left gate and go inside the first building on the left side. The Sanatorium Baths hot spring is inside the building. Visiting this hot spring will give you Slow Vaccine and Toxic Venom Vaccine.
