In Little Nightmares 3, Ghosts are a new type of collectable you can find throughout the game. They look like small, glowing spirit figures and are often hidden in tricky spots. There are five Ghosts in total, and finding them all will reward you with the Institutionalised achievement. Here’s where to find each one step by step.

All Ghost Locations

Ghosts are a new type of collectable that look like little spirit figures. There are five of them hidden around the area, and if you manage to find them all, you’ll unlock the Institutionalised achievement.

First Ghost

Not long after picking up the first doll, you’ll come to a gap that you need to climb over. Your partner will take care of the plant so you can cross safely. Once you’re on the other side, check the back-right corner of the hallway; that’s where you’ll spot the second ghost.

Second Ghost

After escaping from the blind man and using the gong to open a path, head through the opening on the left where the barrier used to be. Look closely, there’s a ghost sitting quietly on a bench here, and it’s pretty easy to miss.

Third Ghost

When you’ve just finished the chase with the boss’s hand and drop into a new area, you’ll find a staircase you’re supposed to climb. Before going up, look in the upper-left corner of the room a ghost is hiding there.

Fourth Ghost

After grabbing the last doll, leave the room and cross the wooden plank. Turn left and use the key you just found to unlock the door. Inside, you’ll see the final ghost standing in front of a bed. Collecting all dolls also earns you the Filed Away and Loose Threads trophies.

Fifth Ghost

At the very start of the chapter, begin walking toward the main building, but don’t go inside yet. Instead, move toward the camera and pass the small staircase in front of the entrance. Behind it, you’ll find the first ghost standing near the wall. It’s a bit hidden, so take a close look.
