The Ebisugaoka Fifth Visit marks the 10th area in Silent Hill f. This stage circles back into familiar locations while layering in new threats and lore-heavy documents. To secure 100% completion, you’ll need to pick up every Document, Offering, Omamori, and Upgrade in order, while keeping an eye on shrine placements and paths that can be easily missed.
This manual enumerates everything in chronological order to ensure your run is smooth and efficient.
Document: Clinical Trial (1)
Go along the mountain pass until you run into an enemy spawning off a flesh clump.
- It’s right after you kill it that you check the right-hand side.
- There’s a little area beside a house; the document lies on a blue crate.
Omamori: Suzuran
Keep going until you battle a new enemy variant.
- After that, check your left for a house.
- As you get closer, an enemy will rush out from the right-hand side.
- Kill it, then go to where it appeared.
- The Omamori is hidden in a crate.

Walk forward until you reach a path divide.
- Go left up, which will take you to an Inari-sama Shrine.
- Sitting before the shrine is the first Strict Mother’s Letter.
Offering: Dried Carcass (200 Faith)
Walk through a small town park.
- Turn south towards the back of a house from here.
- The Offering is located inside a crate at the back.

Travel north from the park. This second letter is on the porch of a residence.

Turn around the corner from the same residence. The third and last letter is located at the fence line, in front of a Hokora Shrine.
Character Upgrade
As you come to the home of the protagonist, you will see the Hokora Shrine from the start of the game.
- Don’t go up; instead, go down along the streets.
- You need to go left by the truck that previously stood in your way in the prologue.
- There is an Ema at the end of this side trip along a bench, which awards a Character Upgrade.
