Chapter 10 of Mafia: The Old Country is packed with hidden treasures. There are seven collectibles to find in total, scattered across different spots you will pass while playing through the story. Even if you miss a few, don’t worry, you can always return later to grab them. In this guide, we will walk you through the exact locations for each collectible in Chapter 10.
All Chapter 10 Collectibles
In Mafia The Old Country, there are two types of collectibles: the Chapter-Locked Items and the Open-World Items. You can find the Chapter-Locked Items in specific chapters. Whereas Open-World Items can be collected anytime, whether you are free roaming or in a chapter.
There are 7 collectables to find in Chapter 10 of Mafia The Old Country. If you miss any, don’t worry, you can always come back later to grab them. Below are the locations of all the collectables.
Trinacria


During the escort Isabella to the church objective, you will find the Trinacria on a hand basin, on the right side of the road.
Note – Saint’s Day Pamphlet


After you find the Trinacria on a hand basin, take a left. You will find the Saint’s Day Pamphlet note kept near the yellow flower pot.
Charms – San Cristoforo


Go to the above marked location. You will find the San Cristoforo Charms at the end of the railing of the house, just near the door.
Newspaper – Marathon Scandal


In Chapter 10, during the first mission where Enzo escorts Isabella to the church in San Celeste, you will pass a stall full of pots inside the church grounds. On a wooden crate there, you will find it. Isabella will stop right next to it to talk to Enzo, so grab it before starting the conversation.
Note – The Don’s Gratitude


You will find the Don’s Gratitude note kept on a wooden crate on the table, just near the liquor bottles.
Note – Cantastoria’s Tale


Walk towards the stage area. Above the stage, you will find a wooden crate. You will find the Cantastoria’s Tale note kept above the wooden crate
