All Bandit Camps in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, after assisting Lord Semine with “The Jaunt” quest, you’ll discover that the captured bandit Jules has had a change of heart (and name!), now going by Gules and working for the Lord. A conversation with Gules reveals his willingness to divulge the locations of numerous bandit camps scattered across the Trosky region. This sets the stage for a series of challenging side quests where you, as Henry, must become a formidable bandit hunter, tracking down and eliminating these dangerous outlaws one by one. This guide will detail the locations of each bandit camp, including tips and strategies for taking them down, starting with Canker’s hidden location deep in the forest.

Canker Location in Kingdom Come 2

Gules mentioned Canker’s camp is hidden deep within the forest east of Semine. So, head east from Semine until you reach the forest. The camp is located in the middle of the forest, near a small body of water. For an easier time, wait until after midnight to infiltrate the camp.

Once it’s past midnight, put on some stealthy clothing and, if you have one, drink a Nighthawk potion. Also, make sure you have a dagger equipped. Your goal is to silently eliminate all the camp members while they’re asleep. Stealth kills are the way to go here. After you’ve dealt with everyone, look for a chest near Canker’s bed. His bed is close to the campfire. Inside that chest, you’ll find Canker’s mace. Take the mace back to Gules in Semine to finish the quest.

Handsome Charlie Location in Kingdom Come 2

Handsome Charlie’s camp is west of the Vidlak pond. Head west from the pond, through the woods, and you’ll find the charcoal burners’ camp (it’s marked on your map). Once you’re there, it’s a good idea to change into something stealthy and wait until nighttime.

After midnight, Handsome Charlie patrols the area with a torch. Your best bet is to sneak up behind him and take him out with a stealth kill. Make sure you have a dagger equipped for this. Once he’s down, loot his body to find his cap. Take the cap back to Gules in Semine to complete the quest.

Johnny the Gob Location in Kingdom Come 2

Johnny the Gob’s camp is easy to find – it’s right north of the Vidlak pond. You won’t have to search far! However, his camp is crawling with bandits, so it’s best to wait until after midnight to deal with them.

Once it’s dark, change into some dark clothing and make sure you have a dagger equipped. Then, quietly take out the sleeping bandits one by one. Make your way to Johnny, and after you’ve dealt with him, grab his shield from his body. Bring the shield back to Gules in Semine to finish the quest.

Casper Location in Kingdom Come 2

Casper is the last bandit Gules wants you to take care of, and he’s the toughest of the bunch. He’s camped out in the Apollonia forest, east of Trosky Castle. Head east, past the roe deer hunting spot, and you’ll find his camp. It’s a bit of a gathering of bandit camps, but his specific location is marked on your map.

Unless you’re a seasoned fighter, you’ll want to be careful with Casper. Try to pick off the other bandits one by one, distracting them so you can take them out without alerting everyone. Once it’s just you and Casper, the best way to deal with him is with a master strike. After you’ve defeated him, loot his body to find his gold ring and the keys to the nearby chests. Take the ring back to Gules in Semine, and he’ll reward you with 95 Groschen, completing this long quest line.

Vidlak Location in Kingdom Come 2

Okay, so you’ve got the bandit camp map, now it’s time to find the loot. Head back north along the river. Keep going until you see a big, uprooted tree where the river splits, with one part going southwest. Get in the water near the roots of the tree, crouch down, and look underneath. You should find a silver cup and a tin plate there.

Henry will realize there’s more treasure to be found. He figures the main chest probably washed downstream. So, follow the river southwest until you get to the first little island shown on your map. The chest will be at the very tip of that island, mostly buried. Even though the map wasn’t totally accurate, this is where the chest is. If you grabbed the bandit key earlier, you can use that to open it. If not, and you have a lockpick on hand, you can always open it that way.

The chest contains 300 Groschen, a Golden Crucifix, a Silver Cup, and two Tin Plates. The Golden Crucifix is the real prize here, but it’s worth waiting to sell it. If you find the right buyer, you can get over 1,000 Groschen for it, so it’s best to hold onto it until you find a merchant with enough money and who’s willing to pay a good price.
