If you want to collect every Poogie in Azuria in Monster Hunter Stories 3, you will need to explore carefully because many of them are hidden in places across different regions. Some are sitting out in the open, while others are hiding away near cliffs, caves, ponds, or even underground. Finding them will reward you with useful rewards after you help them. In this guide, we have listed all the Poogie locations found in Azuria in Monster Hunter Stories 3.
All Poogie Locations
Some Poogies are hidden beneath the ground, so you will not be able to reach them. To find these, you need to progress through Thea’s side story first, because it unlocks the skill that lets you detect hidden Poogies.
After you unlock the ability, the game will notify you whenever a hidden Poogie is nearby. When you see the alert, look around carefully, find the hidden spot, and interact with it to reveal the Poogie and collect its reward. After you help a Poogie, it will reward you with two Trade Tickets (Gold). These tickets are automatically turned into 200 points for you. Below is the list of all the Poogie locations that we have found in Azuria.
Azuria Poogie Locations
Azuria is the first area you will explore in Monster Hunter Stories 3, and it is your introduction to the game’s world. This is where you start learning the basics, including how exploration works, how to move around different regions, and how battles with your monsters work.
Poogie Location #1
You can find this Poogie in a pond along the northeastern edge of Sunpetal Plains. Look for some white rocks in the water, and it will be there.
Poogie Location #2
This Poogie is near a cliff north of the pond in the centre-east part of the area. It is just east of the camp that appears after you defeat the Feral Chatacabra during the main story.
Poogie Location #3
Head west of the camp and check near the tree at the crossroads. The Poogie is waiting there.
Poogie Location #4
Look along the cliffs on the southern side of the pond in the east-central part of the region. The Poogie is overlooking the water from there.
Poogie Location #5
Go to the southeastern edge of the region and search near the huge fallen tree. This spot is south of the Lookout Point tower.
Poogie Location #6
This Poogie is on the cliffs at the far eastern edge of Broadleaf Basin, just east of the Behind Ancient Battlegrounds Caravan Stand.
Poogie Location #7
Follow the road leading toward the Ancient Battlegrounds in the southern part of the region. The Poogie is standing near a cliff edge southeast of the Ancient Battleground Caravan Stand.
Poogie Location #8
Search the rocky high ground southeast of Broadleaf Basin Camp and northwest of the Ancient Battlefield.
Poogie Location #9
You will find this one near a tree northeast of Broadleaf Basin Camp.
Poogie Location #10
West of Broadleaf Basin Camp, there is a small stream connecting to Mirror Lake. Halfway along the stream, check the cave on the west side. Inside is the Poogie along with a sleeping Espinas, so be careful.
Poogie Location #11
Go to the western shore of Mirror Lake, just east of the Broadleaf Basin Catavan Stand. The Poogie is hiding on some lower ledges.
Poogie Location #12
In the southwestern area where Anjanath lives, search near the roots of a huge yellow-leafed tree. This Poogie is hidden underground, so wait for the prompt to catch it.
Poogie Location #13
From the same yellow-leafed tree, head southwest and cross to the far side of the stream to find another Poogie.
Poogie Location #14
This one is along a small stretch of shoreline between the two bridges leading to Azuria Castle.
Poogie Location #15
Look on the small island just off the coast northeast of Broadleaf Basin Camp.
Poogie Location #16
Go to the larger island north of Broadleaf Basin Camp and search near the small pond there.
Poogie Location #17
Check the bushes along the western edge of Mirror Lake, northwest of Mirror Lake Camp.
Poogie Location #18
This Poogie is standing in shallow water northeast of Mirror Lake Camp, northwest of the island where the Mirror Lake Caravan Stand is located.
Poogie Location #19
This is one of the trickiest Poogies to reach. North of Azuria Castle, go to the western side of the land strip and use Ground Dive with a suitable Monstie. The first Monstie that can do this is the Canyne, which becomes available later in the story. After surfacing on higher ground, search nearby for a hidden underground Poogie.
Poogie Location #20
On the land north of Azuria Castle, check near a tree beside the northern cliffs.
Poogie Location #21
In the first large chamber of Ashen Pass, head north from the entrance and find a fallen tree trunk near the centre. Use it like a ramp, then jump or glide with a Monstie to reach the Poogie on top.
Poogie Location #22
In the second chamber, climb the high ground along the southern edge. Then climb another wall southwest of the large tree to reach the Poogie near some Velociprey.
Poogie Location #23
This Poogie is deeper inside Ashen Pass, so you may need more story progress first. Continue until you pass the pit you must fly over and drop into the next area. After climbing the wall, you will reach a small circular pond. The Poogie is on the island in the middle, standing in front of the crystal-covered tree.
