All Audio Logs Locations in FNAF Secret of the Mimic

In Five Nights at Freddy’s: Secret of the Mimic, there are 22 hidden Audio Logs you can find throughout the game. These logs help uncover more about the story, characters, and secrets behind the facility. Most of them are tucked away in offices, behind locked doors, or in secret areas you’ll only reach by progressing through the main story or unlocking special endings. Some are easy to spot, while others require special clearance or access codes. This guide will walk you through where to find each one, step by step.

All Audio Logs Locations in FNAF 

There are 22 hidden Audio Logs scattered throughout the game. They’re stored in audio machines mounted on walls, usually in offices or behind locked doors. Here’s where you can find each one:

Audio Log 1


Enter the security office located in the main lobby of the Showrooms. Right in there is the audio machine.

Audio Log 2


The security office is located directly above the door marked “Creator Data Diver Upgrade and Rooftop Access.”

Audio Log 3


Visit the Big Top Showroom and play the Ball Toss Clown carnival game. Next, navigate to the Storytime Showroom, pass through the clown teeth, and press the lever behind the cloud screen. Take the elevator that opens and enter the tiny office right away. Just beyond the doorway is the audio machine.

Audio Log 4

Within the Workshop is an office that is attached to the Springlock Assembly Room. Look inside.

Exit Springlock and head towards the Backstage Theatre area. The security room is located right before the vent passage. The log can be found there.

Audio Log 6


Proceed beyond the doors to the Workshop and the Warehouse down the main corridor. Find out a gated, lockable room next to the cafeteria area. Inside is the audio machine.

Audio Log 7


From the main hallway, unlock the theatre door. It’s the first door on the left after you reach the second floor.

Audio Log 8


Make a right turn as soon as you reach the loading bay. The log is located directly next to the stairs on the wall.

Audio Log 9


Turn right along the hallway into the security room after you’ve passed through the loading bay. Besides the computer and the inventory system is the audio machine.

Audio Log 10


Proceed up the stairs, through the warehouse entrance, and along the walkway from the same hallway. The audio log is located directly front of the admin door that passes through it.

Audio Log 11


Go to the room in the upper-left corner of the Admin Wing that requires Creator access. Inside, a computer sits on the counter next to the audio machine.

Look behind the desk in the manager’s office. There’s the audio machine sitting.

Audio Log 13


Once inside the surveillance room, open a vent by flipping a lever. Turn left after descending into a new control room. The log is close by.

Audio Log 14


From the control room, ride the elevator to the basement. The audio machine is located next to an inventory machine and a computer.

Audio Log 15


Turn around and stay on the left wall after you’ve picked up the second nightlight (the blue one) in the basement. The final audio log can be found by crawling through a vent.

Audio Log 16

You must execute the Parachute.EXE programme to activate the alternate ending in order to obtain this audio log. Upon entering the building, you will discover an exact duplicate of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.

When you arrive, select the “Turn On Stage Lights” option on the HELPER computer located in the middle of the pizzeria. A room to the right of the stage will become accessible as a result. There is an executive-level security door and a Freddy Fazbear outfit that you can wear inside. You can see the cassette player on the wall inside when you open that door.

Audio Log 17

You must run the Parachute.EXE programme in order to activate the alternate ending and obtain this audio log. This leads you further inside the building, where you can see early animatronic prototypes in a spoof of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.

Once you’ve explored the main pizza room, make your way to the restroom to get away. Look for the tape player on the wall as you pass; it will be somewhere along that way.

Audio Log 18

You must launch the Parachute.EXE programme to begin the alternate ending in order to locate this audio log. This will lead you well into the building, where you’ll see early animatronic prototypes and a phoney Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.

She will direct you to the main home once you exit the main pizza room and meet F10-N4. The tape player will be sitting directly on a table near to the tracks as you make your way there and head towards the train carriage that will transport you.

Audio Log 19

You must launch the Parachute.EXE programme, which takes you deep within the facility, to begin the alternate ending in order to obtain this audio log. F10-N4 will eventually take you to the Main House.

Enter the room immediately to your left as soon as you enter the Main House. There’s a desk with the tape player on it. Just keep an eye out because the mimic is wandering around here.

Audio Log 20

To get this audio log, you’ll need to start the alternate ending by running the Parachute.EXE program and head deep into the facility. Eventually, you’ll reach the Main House.

From there, go upstairs and use the keypad on the second floor to unlock a door. You’ll get the code by watching the Film Reels in the house it’s different every time. Once you’re through, you’ll end up in the partially destroyed attic area.

Locate the table that contains the HELPER computer, which is where Cradle.EXE is installed. On the adjacent wall is the tape player. This audio log is the last one for this conclusion.

Audio Log 21

You must first unlock the secret ending in order to obtain this audio log. This entails completing the Moon.EXE minigame, obtaining Glitched clearance for your Data Diver, and gathering all of the Giftbox Collectibles.

After obtaining that, proceed to the Main House, also known as Erwin’s House, and ascend the stairs. To open the first door on your right, you must have Glitched clearance. The cassette player is on a table on your left when you enter.

Audio Log 22

You must finish the Moon.EXE mini-game, gather all the Giftbox Collectibles, and obtain Glitched clearance for your Data Diver in order to unlock the secret ending and obtain this audio log.

After finishing that, proceed to the Main House’s second story. Locate the first door on the left; to unlock it, you’ll require Glitched clearance. There are animatronic blueprints scattered over the walls. To your right, on a table, is the cassette player.
