After you take down the big red elite enemy, head over to the clown-themed circus area nearby it’s just to the left of where the fight happened. There, you’ll find a counter where you can hand over the Carnival Coin you just got. This will start a mini-game. Complete it, and you’ll be rewarded with the Maniac’s Pinwheel Blade and the Maniac’s Pinwheel Handle.

Head into the Carnival and make your way left toward the small clock tower. You’ll find the Carnival Coin lying right on the ground in front of it, hard to miss. From there, go north and enter the building on your left. Inside, there’s a machine you can interact with. Insert the coin into it, and you’ll unlock the Tap Dance gesture.
Third Carnival Coin and Use

Once you enter the Carnival, head right but stop before you reach the bridge. Look for a narrow path on the left that leads down onto the ice. Stick to the left side as you walk across the icy path and go under the bridge. Keep going until you see a body with an item next to it that’s your Carnival Coin.

Now, head over to the clown circus area it’s just to the right of the giant Ferris wheel. Give the coin at the counter to start a mini-game. Beat the enemy in the challenge, and you’ll earn your reward.

Head left around the carousel to reach the back side of it. As you walk, you’ll spot a building with the word “Marion” on it. Just to the right of that building, there’s a body lying on the ground holding a Carnival Coin grab it.
Now go back the same way around the carousel, but this time, head down the path on the left before you reach the “Marion” building. Enter the tent near the fountain, use the coin on the clown machine inside, and you’ll get your reward.
