A Rising Tide Quest
Go to the Buried City near Piazza Roma. When you reach the apartment, climb up the nearby building and use the zipline to cross the area. Then use the second zipline and jump towards the hidden apartment area. Once you reach the secret area, interact with the item on the table.
On Dam Battlegrounds, reach the Power Generation Complex
Go to the Dam Battlegrounds and head towards the power generation complex. Just reach near the area to complete the objective. After that, go towards the Controlled Access Zone and look for a large hole in the floor. Use the small ladder to climb down, and once you are underground, you will need to restore the power to access the quest area.
Search the Controlled Access Zone for any clues about the foreman’s reconstruction project
You need a fuel cell. So to find it, go down the lowest levels and search the area. Fuel cells can be found in random locations inside the area. Once you find it, bring it back upstairs, and insert the fuel cell into the generator. This will open a locked door. So go inside it and click the picture of the whiteboard to complete the quest.
