Schedule 1 – How to Assign Customers to Dealers

Building a successful business in Schedule 1 is all about expanding your customer base and making strategic sales decisions. To maximize efficiency, you can sell directly to customers or assign them to dealers who will handle transactions on your behalf. Managing these relationships effectively will not only boost your profits but also strengthen your network in Hyland Point. This guide will walk you through the process of attracting customers, understanding their preferences, and assigning them to dealers to ensure steady sales growth.

    Introducing Yourself to New Customers

Schedule 1 is all about winning over new customers and proving that you have the best product in town. As you start your journey in Hyland Point, you’ll have several ways to introduce yourself to the locals. You can offer free samples, let a dealer sell your products while you focus on other tasks, or handle sales directly. Over time, these interactions will strengthen your relationship with customers, making them more likely to return.

Building strong customer relationships in Schedule 1 is crucial for expanding your business and increasing profits. As your reputation grows, you’ll unlock more buyers, dealers, and suppliers, giving you access to higher-quality products and better sales opportunities.

To attract new customers, offer free samples tailored to their preferences, some may prefer Energetic strains, while others look for Sedatives. You can find potential customers using the mini-map or the Contacts app, helping you expand your network strategically. Additionally, experimenting with the Mixing Table allows you to create unique product variations, increasing your chances of making successful sales.

How to Assign Customers to Dealers

Once a customer is interested, you can either sell to them directly or assign them to a Dealer for passive sales. The more deals you make, the stronger your relationship with that customer becomes. If you assign them to a Dealer, their relationship with you will still grow over time as transactions take place. Eventually, with enough sales, you’ll reach Friendly status, unlocking even more opportunities for expansion.

Before you can start assigning customers, you’ll need to have a dealer on your team. Follow the main mission, and you’ll be able to hire Benji, your first dealer, who can be found in Motel Room #2. Knock on the door and be ready to pay a $500 signing bonus to bring him on board.

Once you’ve got a dealer working for you, open your phone and go to the “Dealer” app. Here, you’ll see a list of all your active dealers. Select a dealer and start assigning customers one by one. Your dealer will handle their orders, leaving you free to focus on other aspects of the business.

However, there’s an important choice to make. Dealers take a 20% cut from the product, which can feel like a big loss, especially early in the game. If you’re playing solo, using dealers is crucial since you’ll need to concentrate on growing and producing rather than handling every sale yourself. But if you’re playing with friends, it might be better to hold off on using dealers at first, letting your team handle sales instead. This way, you maximize profits and keep control over distribution until you’re ready to expand.

How to Launder Money in Schedule 1 Game

    Building Friendly Status with Customers

Building Friendly Status with your customers in Schedule 1 comes down to reliability and quality. To keep them happy, always deliver high-quality products on time and at a fair price. Avoid overcharging, selling low-grade goods, or being late with deliveries, these can hurt your reputation and slow down your progress. As long as you meet their expectations consistently, your relationships will grow stronger.

In the early stages, most customers are easy to satisfy. Their standards aren’t too high until you reach Westville and beyond, so you might get away with selling lower-quality products in Northtown occasionally. However, if you want to speed up relationship growth and maintain customer loyalty, aim for Standard quality or higher whenever possible.

Managing Deliveries to Maintain Customer Satisfaction

Managing your deliveries properly is just as important. If you schedule too many at once and miss orders, customer satisfaction will drop, making it harder to secure future sales. To avoid this, spread out your deliveries or plan them in advance so you have enough time to grow, bag, and organize your products. A well-managed schedule ensures smoother transactions and stronger customer relationships.
