Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 – Bow Location

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, the bow is an extremely versatile and important weapon that offers players a powerful option in both combat and hunting. If you like stealthy approaches or picking off enemies from afar, or if you need to secure your next meal in the wilderness, mastering the bow is the key. This guide includes everything from obtaining your first bow through various means, such as completing quests, visiting merchants, and even winning competitions, to effectively using it in combat and hunting scenarios.

Bow in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

The bow shines when you’re trying to be stealthy in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. It’s a versatile tool, letting you distract enemies to pick them off one by one, or even take them down without being seen. The better your archery skill, the easier and more effective headshots become. Apart from combat, the bow is also important for hunting. Deer, for example, are fast and alert; a bow would be the perfect weapon for a successful hunt outside of combat. Just remember that you will need arrows equipped to use it!

    How to Use a Bow

Using a bow effectively in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 means thinking strategically. Take out archers and other ranged enemies before you engage in close combat. Using high ground or cover gives you a real advantage. Since bows are silent, they’re perfect for stealth. Practice makes perfect – the better your archery skills, the more dangerous you’ll be. For general combat, the Hunting Bow with Ordinary Arrows is a good all-around choice, balancing cost, damage, and availability. Just remember, it’s not very effective against heavily armored opponents. Adding poison to your arrows can give you an edge by dealing damage over time. Focus on leveling up your archery and practicing those headshots. Make sure your skills and abilities are up to par before relying on the Hunting Bow.

Hunting with a bow is all about aim, draw, and release. Participating in archery contests and target practice, just like hunting animals, will improve your marksmanship. Certain perks can help you hold your draw longer, improve your aim, and increase accuracy. At higher levels, you’ll even get a slight zoom when you draw your bow, making aiming much easier.

    How to Get the Bow

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, the bow is your go-to ranged weapon, perfect for taking down enemies or hunting wildlife from afar. It’s great for stealth and ranged combat, but not so much in close quarters since you can’t block with it. Enemies getting too close can be a problem. For the most damage, aim for the head. Keep in mind that drawing a bow drains your stamina.

    Free Bow location

You can get a bow in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 in a few ways. One way is by finishing the archery training during “The Jaunt” quest. This will reward you with an Ash Hunting Bow and some regular arrows, which you’ll find on a bandit you defeat. You can also buy bows from weaponsmiths scattered throughout the game world. Finally, keep an eye on your defeated enemies – sometimes they’ll be carrying a bow you can loot.

    From Carpenter

Need a bow and arrow early in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2? Carpenters throughout the world sell them for Groschen. The carpenter in Troskowitz, for example, offers several basic bows like the Dogwood, Elm, and Hazel Village Bows, and you can also buy Crude Arrows from him. It’s a convenient way to get equipped, but it will cost you some coin.

    From Archery Competition

Head to the Trosky region, on the east side of the map. Find the lakes near the forest, and then look for a house on a hill west of the lakes. Behind the house, you’ll find a young man and an archery range. Talk to the Skill Teacher there and tell him you want to compete. You’ll need some Groschen to enter. You can choose either a bow or a crossbow for the competition, and there are three difficulty levels to choose from.

The archery competition has three difficulty levels: Beginners, Experienced Archers, and Masters. In each, you get three shots to hit the targets. If you beat your opponent’s score, you win Groschen and a bow. Remember to take your time aiming – it’s best not to shoot when your aim is unsteady.
