Cube Quest in Phantom Blade Zero is the one where you will have to find two fishermen who went missing at Meigu Lake. The objective of this quest is to collect two parts of a Cube, which you have to take to the Fisherman and talk to Myst. This guide explains how to finish The Cube quest and get the Remnant Spark Cube accessory.
How to Start The Cube Quest

Cube is a quest from the Tales series, and in Phantom Blade Zero, players must travel to Meigu Lake to solve the problem of two missing partners. To initiate the quest, the players will have to talk to the Fisherman at the Order’s Tavern in Pangzhen. The quest is all about rescuing the missing fishermen and obtaining two cubes. Completing it also rewards you with the Remnant Spark Cube accessory.
Find the Fisherman’s Two Missing Companions

After talking with the fisherman, go to Meigu Lake in Chapter 7 and start your journey to find his two lost companions. Look around the islands near the lake and check the places where the fisherman was last spotted. For this quest, you have to get hold of two Remnant Spark Cube Fragments.

One Remnant Spark Cube Fragment can be found inside a chest at the top floor of the building of the fishing nets. You will find the chest in front of some idols after dropping down the hole in the uppermost floor. The other Remnant Spark Cube Fragment belongs to a mask walker that will unexpectedly burst forth after entering the area for the first time and going up further. Defeat it to get the cube fragment.
Return to the Fisherman
After finding both Cube pieces, go back to the Tavern of the Order in Pangzhen and talk to the Fisherman about what became of his lost friends. This ends your search and sets you up for the next task.
Speak With Myst
Once the Fisherman has been updated on your progress, you can then go up a floor to talk to Myst. Tell Myst about the enigmatic Cube as well as the Lady’s Commission notice to get some information about the origins of the Cube. This is how you will complete the Cube quest.
Finishing the Cube quest in Phantom Blade Zero gives you the Remnant Spark Cube offensive accessory, which offers the following effect: “Increases the damage of all Phantom Edges by 12%”.
