How to Get Wormhole Glove Mastery
Mastery is a feature introduced on January 17, 2025. You can unlock masteries by completing quests with a specific glove. Once you gain mastery, the glove will get a new look and some upgrades. To check your mastery, open your inventory, go to the glove details, and look for the crown icon next to the Equip button. From there, you can upgrade to Mastery.
To get Wormhole Glove Mastery, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Ambush 500 People
- Teleport 1250 Times
- Place 750 Wormholes
After getting Wormhole Glove Mastery, you will unlock the following Mastery Skills:
- Press R to instantly materialise at your nearest Wormhole
- Speed boost duration has been increased

Wormhole gives you a slight speed boost when you pass through portals. It might not sound like a big deal, but if you place two portals close enough, you can use them back-to-back in combat while still taking advantage of the boost. Ideally, keep them at a decent distance from each other, just not too far apart.
Portals work best when you create new ones as the situation changes. Keeping two portals in the same spot for too long can leave you vulnerable, making it easier for enemies to catch you off guard without an escape or a chance to ambush.
Wormhole’s ability to escape the edge is incredible. Sure, other gloves can help you escape too, but Wormhole stands out because it lets you ambush someone almost immediately after, thanks to its nearly invisible teleportation effect. The post-buff speed boost makes escaping the edge even easier, even if your portals aren’t placed far apart.
It’s also great as a shortcut between sub-islands, especially during events like Halloween for collecting candy. This can help you avoid the chaotic centre and quickly return to hard-to-reach areas like Cannon Island.
While it may not be the absolute best glove, it’s a solid choice for both combat and evasion, provided you know where to place your portals. If you place them carelessly or don’t consider whether you should create new ones, you’re likely to get yourself eliminated. Remember you can’t earn Masteries in private servers.
