Havana is where your pirate journey begins in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag, and the hunt for a treasure makes it much more fun to explore the area. After you obtain the treasure map from a skeleton, you’ll need to find the landmark shown on the treasure map and dig the X spot to uncover the buried treasure. Treasure hunting is a great way to loop through the city and find the landmark to treasure. This guide shows exactly where to find the treasure map, where the landmark is located and where to find the treasure, so that you can spend less time wandering aimlessly and find the treasure sooner and get back to sailing the high seas.
Treasure Map Location
Head to the marked location with the treasure map icon and look for a skeleton in the canal shown in the above image.
Loot the skeleton to obtain the treasure map that depicts a landmark where the treasure is hidden. The landmark is in Havana city itself, located southwest of Havana near the castle walls.
Watchtower Landmark Location
Make your way to the marked location in the southwest region of Havana near the castle walls to reach the Watchtower.
Treasure Chest
If you look at the ground below the watchtower, you’ll be presented with an option to dig the ground. Dig the ground to uncover the buried treasure chest. You’ll get the following upon discovering the treasure – The Queen Anne’s Figurehead Design Plan and 3000 Reales.
