To progress in the Kremnos mission, Cleanse Thy Rusted Blood (II), you will encounter a puzzle. Start by going to the Prophecy Tablet on the left and completing it; arrange the square at the base and the triangle above it to complete the tablet. This action will create a concrete ball and light one of the braziers. Next, repair the broken pillar located before the stairs on the far right side and climb up toward Oronyx’s Prayer enhancement device to activate it.

Now return to the first set of stairs near the room entrance and head up. Rewind time to restore the concrete ball to its holder, then adjust the holder’s direction and strike the ball to clear the blocks below. Move to the second floor and strike the ball holder there to light the second brazier, which will unlock the door to the next area.
Use the Hand of Zagreus to punch through the crates and clear the path to the next area. If you’d like, you can also collect all the Coins of Whimsy in this area for an extra reward. Continue moving forward until you hear a strange voice. Wait in the corner to catch the merchant who has been stealing weapons from the dead bodies he sells them to. Later, explore Castrum Kremnos and talk to Chryseus Leo to learn about the Castrum Kremnos King’s plan for immortality. With Castorice’s help, talk to wandering spirits to learn important information. Use the Prophecy Tablet to bridge pathways and continue through the area, eventually facing one of the Furiae Praetors.
Defeat it to learn about its immortal body, and then collaborate with Castorice and Gnaeus to restore Nikador’s true self. Finally, return the Soul Forging Statue to its place using Oronyx’s Prayer, sealing the god-king’s courage and advancing the mission.
