Music Records are one of the collectables to find in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Each record unlocks a new song that can be played at your Camp. After exploring the world, you’ll come across Music Records in many different ways. This guide will tell you where to find all Music Records in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and how to get each one.
All Music Records Locations
Music Records are special collectibles in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Some are picked up from specific locations, while others drop after defeating enemies or bosses. Go to the Camp from the Overworld Map of The Continent. Just interact with the record player there, choose the song, and it will start playing. There are 33 Music Records in total in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Collecting all of them rewards with the “Connoisseur” Trophy/Achievement.
Alicia
Alicia’s music record is found inside The Manor, specifically in Alicia’s Study. To reach it, travel to the Falling Leaves area and go down to the lower cavern where the Lady of Sap is located. In that cavern, you’ll find a Manor door. Entering it will transport to Alicia’s study, where you will find the record.
Alicia’s Birthday Party
This record is found in the Boat Graveyard. To get it, progress the main story until Act II, where Esquie automatically gains the ability to destroy coral reefs. Once you have that ability, you’ll be able to reach the Boat Graveyard and collect the record.
Aline
Aline’s record can be found in White Sands. Travel through the area until you reach a dead end, where a small rowboat is resting. The record is located nearby, but you’ll need Esquie’s flying ability to reach this spot.
Aline’s Glasshouse
To reach Aline’s Glasshouse, you must first progress the story and recruit Esquie. After that, clear the Yellow Harvest area to unlock an alternate exit. This path leads you toward the Lost Woods, where you will need Esquie’s ability to destroy rock obstacles to get inside the Glasshouse and find the record.
Children of Lumière
This music record is found on The Continent, and you need to purchase it. Buy it from Citrelo for 1000 Chroma. To reach the merchant, you will need Esquie’s flying ability.
Clea
Clea’s record is found inside the Endless Tower. Use Esquie’s fly ability to reach the tower entrance. Once inside, complete all 11 stages, which adds up to 33 total challenges. Finishing the final challenge rewards with the record.
Clea! Don’t Pull Your Sister’s Hair!
This record is located in The Manor, inside Clea’s Art Room. The entrance to this room can be found from the Frozen Hearts area. Once inside, find the record.
Endless Light
Endless Light is found in Renoir’s Drafts and requires Esquie’s underwater swimming ability. Starting from the Expedition Flag, head downhill and take the path to the left of the slope you came from. Use grapple to reach the nearby building, then follow the path ahead. The music record can be found on the right side of the open field.
Forlorn
To find Forlorn, enter The Manor from The Continent, and you will need Esquie’s flying ability. Once you enter the Manor, the record can be found inside.
Goblu
Goblu is another purchasable record found on The Continent. Visit the Gestral merchant Blabary and buy it for 1000 Chroma.
Gustave
This record is located in Stone Wave Cliffs. Move forward in the story till you can return to the area where you previously fought the main boss and watched the cutscene. Near the edge of the cliff, find the Gustave record on the ground.
Honeymoon in Lumière
You’ll find this record at the White Tree. To reach the area, continue moving through the story till Esquie unlocks the swim ability, which allows you to get to this location.
L’Amour d’une Mère
This record is found inside The Manor. Enter through the Monolith entrance found in the Tainted Battlefields. Once inside, look to the left after entering to find the music record.
Le Grand Café de Lumière
At The Carousel, go towards the Expedition Flag and look for a path on the left side. Follow it all the way to the end, where you’ll find the music record.
Lettre à Maelle (Missable)
This record is found at Camp during Act II. After defeating an Axon, return to Camp and will be given dialogue options. Choose “Check up on the others” to start a cutscene where Verso plays the piano for Maelle and Esquie. Once the scene ends, the record is automatically added to your collection. Be careful, as if you skip this moment, then you will miss the record.
Lights of the Past
Lights of the Past is found in the Ancient Gestral City. You’ll need to recruit Esquie first and then use his ability to destroy rock obstacles blocking the path. Once the way is clear, reach the city and collect the record.
Linen and Cotton
This record is sold on The Continent by Rubiju for 1000 Chroma and can be purchased as soon as you reach the merchant.
Lost Voice
Lost Voice is another purchasable record found on The Continent. It’s sold by Strabami and costs 5000 Chroma.
Lumière
You can get the Lumière record in two different ways. During the Prologue, defeating the Mime enemy in Lumière will drop it. If you miss it, then, you can still collect it later in Act III inside the opera house in Lumière.
Lune
Lune’s record is unlocked at Camp by reaching Relationship Level 6 with her during Act III and choosing to spend time together. Also complete her side quest. For that travel to Sirene’s Dress, defeating the Chromatic Glissando, collecting Journal – Expedition 46, and returning to Camp. Use Esquie’s flying ability to reach the quest location.
Monoco
To unlock Monoco’s record, reach Relationship Level 6 with him in Act III and spend time together at Camp. His side quest requires you to travel to the Sacred River, defeat Golgra, resurrect Noco, and then return to Camp. Use Esquie’s fly ability to complete this quest.
Nocturne pour Lumière
This record can be found in the Sinister Cave. Climb to the upper section of the cave and head east until you find an opening in the ground. Jump down onto the platform below, where you’ll find the remains of a fallen expedition along with the music record.
Nocturne pour un masque de tristesse
Inside The Manor, go to the dining room and activate all four switches. Once that’s done, inspect the wall to the left of the fireplace to reveal the hidden music record.
Our Drafts Collide
This record is unlocked automatically after you defeat the final boss of the main story in Act III. It will be added to your collection once the fight is complete.
Our Painted Family
Our Painted Family is found in The Meadows. Move forward in the story till Esquie gets the swim ability, which allows you to reach this area and collect the record.
Renoir
Renoir’s record is found inside The Manor. Enter from Old Lumière, and as soon as you’re inside, look to the right. The record is sitting on a sink nearby.
Robe de Jour
This music record can be purchased on The Continent from Rederi for 1000 Chroma.
Révérence
Révérence is located in Blades’ Graveyard. Continue the story until Esquie unlocks the swim ability, which allows access to this area and gets the record.
Rêveries dans Paris
You’ll find this record at the Flying Casino. Go to the right side of the building and look behind the casino to spot it.
Sciel
Sciel’s record is unlocked at Camp by reaching Relationship Level 6 with her during Act III and choosing to spend time with her when prompted.
Un 33 Décembre à Lumière
This record is found in Twilight Quarry. After recruiting Esquie, use his ability to destroy the rock obstacles blocking the path to reach the area and collect the record.
Until Next Life
Until Next Life is obtained in Falling Leaves. Defeat the Scavenger boss, then return to the Young Boy nearby. Speaking with him after the fight rewards with the record.
Verso
Verso’s record is located inside The Manor. In the Anger Vale section of Visages, enter the cavern and use the Manor door inside. Once you’re in the room, look beside the baby grand piano to find the music record.
