How to Recruit Delitia

Go to Emberglow and you will find Delitia standing outside the tavern. Talk to her, then challenge her to a fight. You need to win this battle to move forward in the “An Encounter with Delitia” side story. Once you defeat Delitia, she will ask for your help in finding her brother. Say yes, and she will join your party.

Delitia in Octopath Traveler 0

Delitia is a hunter from the Sunlands and grew up in the desert with her clan, which she’s very proud of. She wears a light, traditional outfit, and her main goal is to find her older brother, who is supposed to become the next clan leader.

Delitia’s skills include piercing shadow, stray arrows, soporific ice fog, retreating shot, mind sap, ice boulder, and devastating shot. Delitia has bow and ice skills that make her great at controlling fights. She can slow enemies with Piercing Shadow, hit random targets with Stray Arrows, or try to put foes to sleep using Soporific Ice Fog. Retreating Shot lets her attack and then safely move to the back row, while Mind Sap weakens an enemy’s elemental defense. Ice Boulder hits twice with strong ice damage, and Devastating Shot delivers a powerful bow attack with a small chance to instantly defeat the target.

Her support skills are fortitude, phys. atk. +50, extended enfeeblement, and exacerbate. These skills focus on boosting strength and making debuffs last longer. Fortitude increases the character’s damage the lower their HP gets, while the Phys. Atk. boost simply raises their physical attack power. Extended Enfeeblement makes any debuffs the character applies last a bit longer, and Exacerbate adds even more duration to those debuffs when the character switches from the back row to the front.
