Locked into the wrong body type in Where Winds Meet? If so, don’t worry–the game gives you the option to modify your appearance and gender even after you have completed your character creation. However, this is not immediately clear and is hidden behind a paid option; this method is not free but is the only method of reshaping your character’s once you’ve begun playing the game.
How to Change Your Character’s Appearance or Gender?
If you have made a character in Where Winds Meet, and then want to change their appearance or gender later, don’t worry; you are not locked into your initial decision forever. You cannot make a second character immediately, but you can modify your current character. However, this ability does come at a cost.
Where to Go in the Game

Most players do not catch on to this at first due to the overwhelming nature of the game’s emphasis on exploring and quests. The answer is actually right there in front of you, inside the Item Shop. Many players only notice it after spending a good amount of time playing and clearing quests. The shop itself is fairly reasonable overall, with most items being cosmetic. Still, this is where the appearance change option lives.
Inside the Item Shop, look under Featured Appearance Offers. There you’ll find an item called the Transformation Pill. This is the key item that allows you to alter your character’s appearance, including gender.
Cost and Usage
The Transformation Pill is not something you can buy with standard in-game progress alone. It requires premium currency, which converts to real-world money. Depending on how you purchase it—either on its own or through a bundle—the cost lands somewhere in the mid-range price bracket.
Once you use the item, your character can be reshaped again. There’s no hard limit on how many times you can do this, but each change requires another purchase.
Is It Worth It?
That part is up to you. If you’re happy with your character, you can ignore this entirely. But if you rushed creation early on and now want something different, this is currently the only known way to fix it.
There’s always a chance the game may introduce a free or earnable option later, but for now, this shop item is the only confirmed method available.
