The Into the Fray quest in ARC Raiders is a mission that you will get from Shani. Your goal is to hunt down a Leaper and collect a Leaper Pulse Unit from it. If you manage to take it down and extract successfully, you will earn some great rewards, including new gear and ammo. In this guide, we will tell you where to find the Leaper and how to defeat it.
Into the Fray Quest
You will get the Into the Fray quest in ARC Raiders from Shani. In this quest, you need to take down a Leaper and collect a Leaper Pulse Unit from it. After you have completed the Into the Fray Quest in ARC Raiders, you will be rewarded with 1 Radio Renegade, 1 Burgerboy, 1 Vulcano III, and 40x Shotgun Ammo.
Where to Find the Leaper
The easiest spot to find a Leaper is on the Dam map, between the Water Treatment area and the Research & Administration Building, near an extract point.
Start by shooting at the Leaper to get its attention, then quickly run into one of the nearby bunkers. The Leaper can’t enter bunkers and can’t hurt you unless you stand too close when it explodes.
From the bunker, keep shooting or throwing grenades till it is destroyed. Once it’s down, loot the Leaper’s body and make sure to store the Leaper Pulse Unit in your safe pocket; it is required for the completion of the quest. You can also pick up any extra parts it drops. Even if you end up overweight, the extraction point is close by, so you can finish up and extract easily after collecting everything.
How to Destroy the Leaper
To Destroy the Leaper, make sure you’re well-prepared before heading out. Bring lots of heavy ammo and keep some stored safely in your pocket, just in case. Pack a few grenades too; they will come in handy. You can use Wolf Packs if you want, but it’s smarter to save them for tougher enemies like the Rocketeer or the Queen. The Queen, in particular, can take around 20 Wolf Packs to bring down, so don’t waste them here.
