Iwor Mountains Altar of Reflection Location – Ghost of Yotei

The Iwor Mountains Altar of Reflection is one of the hidden spots in Ghost of Yotei where you can pause, reflect, and learn new Techniques. These altars are scattered across the world of Ezo, and visiting them not only gives you a moment of calm but also helps you unlock special abilities. In this guide, we’ll show you exactly how to reach the Iwor Mountains Altar and complete its ritual.

Iwor Mountains Altar of Reflection Location

You can find the Iwor Mountains Altar inside a cave perched on a rocky cliff, just to the west of Husko Kotan. Go to the location marked on the map above. You will be at the bottom of the cliff. Use your grappling hook to climb up. Then use the rocks on the cliff to climb further. Then turn right to cross the gap by passing through the tree log. Then climb up to reach the cave. Once inside the cave, follow the fire torch and jump down into the underground lake in front of you. Then swim forward, and you will reach the Iwor Mountains Altar.

To complete the ritual, simply bow down by swiping down on your touchpad, and you’ll unlock the altar. Altars of Reflection are hidden spots scattered across the map where Atsu can take a moment to pause and reflect. When you visit one, you get the chance to learn a new Technique pick whichever one you want.

Keep in mind that some Techniques will only unlock after you get specific weapons or advance further in the story. As for Wolf-type abilities, you can only get those by completing challenges at the Wolf Dens. If you manage to find all the Altars of Reflection across Ezo, you’ll earn the Moments of Reflection trophy. To get it, you need to discover a total of 30 altars.
