Slime Rancher 2 – How to Enter the Prisma Core

If you’ve been exploring Slime Rancher 2 and wondering how to unlock the mysterious Prismacore, you’re in the right place. This hidden area is deep inside the Grey Labyrinth and is tied to the strange disruptions spreading across Rainbow Island. In this guide, we’ll walk you through step by step on how to enter the Prismacore and explain what it is, why it’s important, and how it affects the world around it.

How to Enter the Prisma Core

Open your map and make your way over to the Grey Labyrinth. Once you arrive at the marked spot, take the path to the left side and head upward until you reach a new area. Keep going until you spot a door with three glowing dots on it. Go through this door and keep climbing upward. You’ll come across a large fountain. Jump onto it and climb all the way to the top.

From there, take the small path that leads toward the back of the area. At the end of the path, you’ll find a switch. Activate it to open up a new door. Once it’s open, head inside and drop all the way down to the bottom. At the bottom, you’ll see another button. Press it, and a new pathway will appear. Drop down onto the new path and follow it all the way through. Keep moving until you reach the end. At the very top, you’ll find a portal. Step into it, and you’ve entered the Prismacore area.

Prisma Core in Slime Rancher 2

The Prismacore is the heart of all the strange Prisma Disruption happening inside the Grey Labyrinth. It originally came from outer space and was discovered a long time ago, but eventually, it crashed down onto Rainbow Island. Ever since then, the island has been slowly changing because of its presence.

Outside the Grey Labyrinth, its effects are mostly harmless; they just look more colourful and shiny. But inside the Labyrinth, the Prismacore’s power is much stronger. It doesn’t just change appearances, it actually shifts the very elements of the environment. In fact, the areas closest to the Prismacore are slowly transforming into solid gold, taking the brunt of its unstable energy.
