Throughout Pharloom, you’ll find 30 Lost Fleas hidden in tricky spots and guarded areas. Some can be reached right away, while others demand upgraded movement abilities, so expect a bit of backtracking. Saving them sends each flea back to the Caravan, and collecting enough unlocks special achievements. This guide shows you how to track down every flea and the rewards you’ll earn for completing the set.

Flea 1
This flea can be found in the Hunter’s March. Use the benches to go upwards and you’ll find the flea inside a caged structure, which you’ll have to break in order to get to the flea.
Flea 2
The second flea can be found in The Marrow. Use the benches to go upwards until you come across the flea nestled in one corner.
Flea 3
For this one, you’ll have to go to Deep Docks and traverse through all the molten lava to get to the flea.
Flea 4
This one can also be found in Deep Docks but on the upper side. You’ll find the flea inside an egg-like structure, which you’ll have to break.
Flea 5
There’s another flea in Deep Docks, but it’s on the lower side of the map. Use your needle to grasp the dangling chains and defeat enemies to make your way upwards to the flea.
Flea 6
This one can be found in Greymoor near Craw Lake. From the entry point, keep going upwards using the benches, and you’ll find the flea stuck in an egg structure.
Flea 7
This flea too can also be found in Greymoor over Halfway Home. This one is easy—just go upwards and you’ll find the flea stuck in woven silk.
Flea 8
The third flea in Greymoor can be found on the upper side. Here, you’ll have to be a little careful, as there are a lot of spikes in the area that can harm you. The flea itself is found inside a downtrodden structure.
Flea 9
For this, you’ll have to go to Far Fields. Hop through benches, defeat some minor enemies, and beware of the rocks falling from above. You’ll find the flea inside a structure, which you’ll need to break.
Flea 10
This one can also be found in Far Fields near Pilgrim’s Rest. There are some flying enemies in the area that you’ll have to deal with first before getting to the flea.
Flea 11
This flea can be found in Bellhart. Make your way through the obstacles while avoiding the falling debris. Once you reach it, free the flea to complete the task.
Flea 12
This one can be found in Shellwood. Make your way through the benches going upwards to get to the flea.
Flea 13
In Blasted Steps towards the upper side of the map. This one’s easy as well—using the benches, just go upwards until you come across the flea.
Flea 14
For this one, you’ll have to head to Choral Chambers. From the entry point, keep going upwards using the benches and defeating some enemies that come your way. You’ll also have to break some walls that block your path to eventually get to the flea.
Flea 15
In Whispering Vaults, just above The Stage. There’s an enemy here that could pose a danger, so look out for it. Use the benches to go upwards until you finally come across the flea stuck inside a cage.
Flea 16
You can find the flea in Choral Chambers just above Citadel Spa. You’ll have to cross platforms that keep disappearing, so be prepared for that. You’ll eventually find the flea inside a caged structure; break it to get the flea.
Flea 17
This one can be found in The Slab. From the entry point, as you move forward, you’ll find the flea stuck and dangling in the air. Release it and you’re done.
Flea 18
This one can also be found in The Slab but on the lower side of the map. Move upwards and you’ll find the flea in the corner.
Flea 19
This one can be found in the Songclave that starts in the Whispering Vaults. Using your needle, you’ll have to traverse through obstacles that pose danger and use the needle to dangle through chains until eventually you come across the flea.
Flea 20
For this one, you’ll have to head to the Memorium. Use the benches to go upwards; there are some obstacles you’ll need to cross, and you’ll find the flea stuck and dangling in the air. Release it and you’re done.
Flea 21
In Bilewater, a little towards the lower end. Go upwards and you’ll have to face hopping bug-like creatures. Defeat them to get to the flea.
Flea 22
This one can also be found in Bilewater near Bilehaven. Go upwards, destroying all the obstacles that come your way, and you’ll find the flea stuck between some vines.
Flea 23
This one can be found in Exhaust Organ. Keep going upwards until you come across a path that is blocked. Break it and then keep moving forward to get to the flea stuck between vines.
Flea 24
For this one, you’ll have to head towards Wormways. Keep going upwards using the benches and you’ll find the flea on top of a flying creature enjoying a ride.
Flea 25
This one can be found in The Cauldron, just below and towards the right side of Underworks. There are bugs in this area that pose a threat, so be careful. You’ll find the flea in one corner once you’ve passed the bugs safely.
Flea 26
This flea can be found in Sinner’s Road. Go down using the benches and you’ll find the flea inside a cage.
Flea 27
For this one, you’ll have to go to Mount Fay, a little towards the upper side. Keep going upwards, breaking the icy shards, and you’ll find the flea.
Flea 28
This one can be found in Purified Ducts closer to Fleatopia. Go upwards using the benches. Be careful of enemies who will use vines to grasp you. Finally, you’ll meet Vog here.
Flea 29
This one can be found in the Sands of Karak. Keep moving forward, destroying all the obstacles that come your way, and you’ll find the flea stuck between some spikes.
Flea 30
This one can be found in Whisp Thicket, which you can access through Greymoor. Move upwards using the benches and you’ll reach Underworks. Be careful of the obstacles that can almost smash you. You’ll find the flea stuck inside an egg structure.
Rewards
Every flea you rescue will travel back to the Flea Caravan, gradually filling it with life. Your progress is tracked through milestones: freeing 15 fleas earns you the Flea Finder achievement/trophy, while recovering all 30 secures the ultimate recognition, the Fleafriend achievement/trophy.
