In Once Human, Rebecca is a unique Deviant that can be a big help at your base if you know how to get her and set her up properly. She isn’t something you can just pick up anywhere. You’ll have to fight for her in a specific location and then take care of her environment to make the most out of her abilities. Here’s a simple guide on how to find Rebecca and how to use her once she’s yours.
How to Get Rebecca Deviant
By taking on the LEA Research Lab in the Red Sands, you can obtain Rebecca-826. This facility is located at coordinates (6224, 1116), inside the HP Evolution Institute. Inside, there are several chances for it to drop. You might get one in the first room, from the two minibosses in the second room, after defeating the doctor, or even from the Mother of Life.
The first room is especially good since it can drop there repeatedly. Just keep in mind, there’s a limit to how many Deviants can spawn every hour, so if you’ve been farming for a while, it’s best to take a break and come back later.
How to Use Rebecca Deviant
Rebecca must first be placed in a Securement Unit before you can use her. Once you do that, try to set up the surroundings in a way that she likes; it makes a big difference to her Power and Mood. Rebecca loves being around green light, enjoys having toys nearby, and feels happier with flowers close to her.
If you give her these things, she’ll recover her Power and Mood much faster. When she’s settled in, Rebecca will even summon Mitsuko to play the piano at your base, which helps boost the Power and Mood recovery of all your other Deviants too.
