Once Human: How to craft Nalcott Easter Eggs

In Once Human, the Nalcott Easter Egg is a special food item that’s not just about keeping your character fed. Every time you open one, you get a random reward from the Settlement Loot Crate pool, which makes crafting these eggs feel a bit like opening a mystery box. Here’s a guide that tells you how to craft them and why they’re worth the effort.

How to Craft Nalcott Easter Eggs

If you’re trying to get the Nalcott Easter Egg recipe in Once Human, here’s how it really works.
First, you’ll need to unlock the Specialization that gives you the recipe. The catch is that Specializations are completely random. Each time you pick one for an empty slot, the options you’re offered will be different. So you might have to try a few times before the Nalcott Easter Egg shows up.

Once you finally get the recipe, you’re not done yet. You’ll also need to unlock the Integrated Kitchen memetic. That’s what gives you the crafting spec for the Kitchen Set, which is the only way you’ll actually be able to cook your Nalcott Easter Egg.

To make it, you’ll need quite a mix of ingredients. You’ll have to gather 60 Stardust Source, along with 15 Scarlet Calamus and 20 White Lotus. On top of that, you’ll also need 3 Crocodile Eggs to complete the recipe.

How to Use Nalcott Easter Eggs

When you eat a Nalcott Easter Egg, it gives you a nice boost by restoring 100 Energy and 100 Hydration, but there’s a downside: it also lowers your Sanity by 500. Still, the real reason players go after this treat isn’t just for the stats. When you crack one open, you get a random item from the Settlement Loot Crate pool, and while you can sometimes pull something special, there’s also a chance you might end up with more common items instead.
