How to Get Judgment in Destiny 2 and Its God Roll

If you’re looking for a powerful Hand Cannon in Destiny 2, Judgment is definitely one to go after. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to get Judgment, where it drops, and what god rolls you should get for depending on how you like to play.

How to Get Judgment in Destiny 2

You can get Judgment as a reward from the Emissary chest after you beat Kell Echo in the Prophecy dungeon. If you have Nonary Manifolds, you can use them at the chest next to The Emissary for a better chance at getting Judgment especially if you’ve attuned to it at the Rite of the Nine social space. Also, when Prophecy is the featured dungeon in the Eternity hub on the Director, you’ll have another shot at earning Judgment.

The Judgment Kinetic Hand Cannon can drop with a mix of useful perks. In the first perk slot, you might get options like Demolitionist, Keep Away, Lone Wolf, Headstone, Rapid Hit, or Slideshot. In the second perk slot, it can roll with perks such as Adrenaline Junkie, Paracausal Affinity, Rimestealer, Opening Shot, Timed Payload, or Precision Instrument. On top of that, Judgment comes with two possible origin traits: Crossing Over and Gravity Well.

Judgment PvE God Roll in Destiny 2

For a great PvE god roll on Judgment, you’ll want to focus on boosting your Handling and Reload Speed. The best setup for that is using Fastdraw HCS for the sight, Flared Magwell for the magazine, and a Reload Speed Masterwork. This setup also helps make the most of the Gravity Well origin trait.

When it comes to perks, the ideal combo is Headstone in the first perk slot and Rimestealer in the second. But if those don’t appeal to you, Demolitionist is a solid alternative to Headstone, since it helps recharge your grenade. And instead of Rimestealer, you might go for Timed Payload, which gives a consistent 11% to 17% damage boost and helps stagger enemies even more.

Judgment PvP God Roll in Destiny 2

In PvP, the two stats you really want to focus on for Judgment are Range and Stability. That’s why Hitmark HCS is a great choice, it gives you extra Range without hurting your Stability. Pair that with Accurised Rounds for an even bigger boost to Range. When it comes to the Masterwork, either Range or Stability works well, so it really depends on what feels better to you.

For the first perk slot, there are some great choices. Lone Wolf and Keep Away are definitely top picks, but Slideshot can also be a strong option if that suits your playstyle. In the second perk slot, both Precision Instrument and Opening Shot are excellent; they’ll help you land your shots and hit harder when it counts.
