No Place For Strays Quest – Tainted Grail Fall Of Avalon

No Place For Strays is a quest in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon that starts after you finish helping Vidar in the Spread Your Wings quest. In this mission, you’ll end up working with the Crows and proving your loyalty by dealing with some local troublemakers. The quest takes you on a short adventure where you’ll track down bandits, uncover their secrets, and report back to your new ally, Luth.

How To Start The No Place For Strays

To start the No Place For Strays quest, you first need to finish the Spread Your Wings quest with Vidar. When you and Vidar arrive in Roscree, the Crows will show up. You will then have to decide whether to support the Crows and give Vidar to them.

Once you do that, you’ll earn the rank of Hatchling and get your orders from Luth. Your first mission is simple: track down some nearby bandits, take them out, and gather proof that they’re plotting against the Crows.

Proof Location

Head to the watchtower, which is overrun by bandits. Before you take them on, you’ll notice a few Corpse Eaters lurking nearby. It’s a good idea to get rid of them first. If you’re patient and keep your distance, you can quietly pick off the bandits one by one with your bow without alerting the rest.

After you’ve cleared the tower, check every bandit’s body carefully you’re after the Bandit’s Journal, which contains exactly the kind of plot Luth was worried about. If you don’t find the journal on a bandit, have a look around the area it might’ve fallen to the ground. And if the journal doesn’t show up at all, no worries just reload your save and try again.

Luth Location

Once you’ve got the notebook, head back to Luth to share what you found. You’ll find him in Roscree, standing near one of the ruined houses in the village. If it’s nighttime, Luth might have gone inside for shelter. If that happens, just set up camp and wait until morning.

When you’re ready, give it to Luth. He’ll take a quick look through it. That’s the end of this quest, and as a reward, Luth will give you a few hundred experience points and send you on your next task.
