The Tomb of Prince Camarril is a hidden memorial located along Green Emperor Way, not far from the exit to the Talos Plaza and the Temple District. This tomb has been around for centuries likely over 400 years since Mankar Camoran’s Commentaries on the Mysterium Xarxes, which were written during the time of Tiber Septim, mention it. At noon, something interesting happens: a map will appear on the tomb, glowing red. This map will point you to the Lake Arrius Caverns, revealing an important clue in your quest.
How to Activate Tomb of Prince Camarril
Once you are in four volumes of the Commentaries, head back to Tar-Meena at the Arcane University. Talk to her about the Mythic Dawn, and she’ll tell you she needs some time to study them. After about a day (24 hours in-game), visit her again. This time, she’ll mention that the first letter of each paragraph might be important. Give her another day, and when you return, she’ll have decoded the hidden message: something like, “Green Emperor Way where Tower touches midday sun.”
