Start in Castle Bruma, and go to the right of the castle where some houses are found. The quest can be initiated in the very first house, but may require you to go down into the basement in order to trigger it.
Starting the Investigation
Once inside the house, the initial task will be to explore the surroundings. The mission will task you with a visit to the neighbor, who will provide you with crucial information.
