To find the Goblin Diplomacy Amulets in Runescape: Dragonwilds, you need to travel through muddy ground and into dark, swampy waters. Goblin Diplomacy Amulets Location
Your quest to find the other piece of the amulet starts when you meet Zanik. Zanik is a friendly goblin, who lives near the edge of a cliff to the east of Goblin Castle in Bramblemead Valley. She explains that there are two amulet pieces: one lies to the northeast of your current location, and the other is hidden in a guild far to the south.
The First Amulet Piece Location
The first amulet is located near the Zanik’s camp. Climb down the cliff and move northeast and you will find a destroyed building. Clear them out then search for the ruins. You will find a Reliquary behind the crates and a barrel.
The Other Amulet Piece Location
To find the second amulet, meet Bilegut, a goblin locked in a cage. You will find him outside the ruins. You need to free him and feed him a couple of Steaks. He will tell you about a Garou beastman, who has the second amulet. Garou beastman lives in the nearby swamp.
To find the Garou, head into the swamps northeast of the ruins and stick close to the left cliff wall. You will come across a cave marked by a lit torch. Inside, you will face a Level 3 Garou Druid. This enemy uses poison attacks, so have your Lifeward bar full before entering the fight and be geared up.
Completing the quest will unlock the Goblin War Banner. This cape gives you a handy +2 boost to all defensive stats – covering melee, ranged, and magic damage.
